With an aim to bring scholars from multiple disciplines countries to examine international business, a three-day conference 'South-to-South FDI' kicked off at Indian Institute of Management, Indore on Thursday.
Organized by Academy of International Business in collaboration with IIM Indore, the conference saw participation of professors and scholars from across the country and abroad.
"Management scholars in India have not been spending time on studying or researching international business.
We spend more time on Indian business pattern and how it works, what are its problems and how they can be resolved," said professor Rishikesha T Krishnan, director, IIM.
